Two Night Minimum Stay. 3 Night minimum on Holiday bookings.

Other Fees: Quoted Price of $375 per Night is for 2 Guests Only, extra guests are $25.00 Per Person/Per Night.  Pet Fee $75 per dog per stay. (Limit 2 dogs - under 50 pounds) 

Accidental Damage Insurance  $59 (Covers up to $250) Cleaning  fee $140,

Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. A photo of what is monitored can be seen in the photos. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our lease agreement. Camera view photo is shown in the house photos.
