Extra guests are $25.00 Per Person/Per Night,  Pet Fee $75 per dog per stay (limit 2 dogs under 50 pounds)

Accidental Damage Insurance (Covers up to $250)  Cleaning fee $130  State & Local taxes 10.3%. 

 

Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. A photo of what is monitored can be seen in the photos. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our lease agreement. Camera view photo is shown in the house photos.
